At AchieveTogether, our main mission is to help you answer these questions:

1) What habits help people JUST LIKE ME to lose weight and keep it off?
2) How do people JUST LIKE ME figure out how to use these habits consistently?

We interviewed over 50 successful individuals, called “role models,” who lost over 30 pounds and maintained that weight for at least a year. From our role models, we found that they used 36 common habits to successfully lose weight. Their habits are highlighted on this website in both narrative text and videos so that you can learn how to also use them in your daily life.

Our goal is that you will log in at least once a week and add new habits to your plan to help you succeed. You will also be able to set weight loss goals and talk to others who have used similar habits.. Together, we can achieve our weight loss goals!
